Korean Goverment banned new accounts' openning and KRW deposits, but they havn't banned trade in Exchanges and Crypto, KRW withdrawals. From Jan 30, 2018 , KRW deposits and withdrawals will be needed real-name accounts.

In the short-term period, Korean government can't stop Crypto Exchanges like China.
A couple of government officals and lawyers said if governments wanted to 'shut down Crypto Exchanges', they would be needed to draft an 'shut down' bill and pass the congress, which would be needed at least a couple of years!
