@permieemmy - you are right to vent! Life is not fair, to begin with. Add to that the turbulence in the world - in politics and in business - it makes for massive confusion.
I am nearing retirement, but, I still want to be productive and relevant and to help young people see the world as they really are, not how they are "painted" as.
Obviously, this will have to be done off-line, in private and with discretion.
But, from a general point of view:

The most important thing that you can do for yourself is to think about this and reconsider and reassess your past and the future ahead of you. I am sure that you will see things differently.

The thing is I believe that life is fair. Everything is a lesson or a blessing. Duality. I guess I wonder what I need to work on to demand fairness. I'll add you on dischord and thank you for all your support
In my life experiences such as work experience, a few time, it took a bad work situation to open doors to much better ones - all I can say in public.
I want to update you in that after quitting, I was just offered a permaculture writing job! It's not as much money, but then also fair less time and with this, I can use it as a platform to springboard myself into gaining more coverage :)
