REAL vs. PROPI vs. REX vs. SMART(RE)
General description of the post.
I do not need money or anything, I just want to share with the community and learn in the way, so if you know better, please add, comment or write me and I will keep adding to the overall description of these projects.
I am not trying to make fast cash buying and selling the tokens. Instead, I am trying to understand how these projects will facilitate the actual buy-sell situation of properties. Therefore, I am really focusing in the problem-solution aspect of each project (as much as my intellect allow me). Moreover, my ignorance or lack of knowledge, may also help these developers to address some topics from the general/every day problem and not just the professional point of view.
There is several gaps that I would like all these projects take the time to cover.
-I think nobody will start buying or selling real estate because you give the option to buy from a smart phone or tablet. The true real estate investors know how to solve real problems, so I think these type of advantages are intended to the young crowd. Moreover, these could end up provoking big mistakes on fast fingers/slow neurons.
-A lot of effort is devoted explaining the functionality of the token (price, supply, distribution, etc), but how they will solve the real problems (that each project is involved in) is not clear.
-How will the fluctuation of token price affect the use of it? (example: you buy today tokens, and tomorrow the price explode…. That means you will be able to buy for cheap, are the seller be eager to sell the property at that moment?).
-So, if you invested on the ICO, are you buying properties cheap? People that did not participate in the ICO, are going to be willing to take those tokens?
-The main problem I see is that the real estate business is highly manipulated (by government). If you read the white papers, you will notice in all of them words like "we will", "we intend", Our team believe", and so on.... All this sentence shows a weakness based on "HOPE" that the project will (at some point) be adopted by the masses. However, I am afraid that the manipulators will not going to give for free what they have.
-I see these 4 projects intend to solve an existing problem or facilitate the actual process. However, I also see that combining real estate (one of the most stable market) with cryptocurrencies (the most volatile market today) may result hard to implement.
-Each of the chart squares has a whole argument that is hard to compress (put in few words)... and I am also conscious that I may be missing important points (that is your part, instead of critics, please add to the overall knowledge, would be highly appreciate it!), Saying that, forgive me if I miss an important point.
REX ICO is gone, however at this time, PROPI , REAL and Smart(RE) ICOs are active.
Hope this help to clarify to ICO investors some basics on how a real estate investor (a seller or buyer) would look at these projects.
