Token Tokens Tokens - A Current Trend

I posted recently (with little success) a question relating to the current ICO token issuance trend and how to convert back to crypto.

With limited time I feel I am always playing catch up in the crypto world, but at least I think I've found a decent answer or at best formed some logical understanding of things (who knows how long this will last :p)

So this is probably a no-brainer but helps me anyway in getting thoughts down in terms of a theme/phenomena in the crypto ecosystem at the moment:

ICO - pump out tokens
Market - responds and intermediaries jump in to enable users to trade
Users - trade tokens

*The other alternative is direct P2P trade on a one to one negotiated basis

*Finally, and not sure if they exist for tokens - but come to think of it if they exist for crypto then mayb they do - essentially it's the point above but in a centralised "market place" model that brings buyers and sellers of tokens together.

This all probably sounds totally obvious, but from my limited look into it there doesn't seem to be any stand out clear models jumping out.

Please feel free to comment clarify or correct - it's just great being able to have the conversations and there's so much to learn :)
