HyperVerse Refund Latest Update
2023 ended on a good note for the HyperVerse team as it is the year when we were finally able to fulfill a yearlong dream dream of refunding members who were affected by the exploit in our platform, it has been a wild ride with a lot of ups and downs and while we cannot say that we are 100% satisfied with the overall outcome of the refund program since we have been able to refund only a fraction of the affected members, we can boldly say that a lot of progress has been made.
Due to overwhelming demand from members who are yet to complete the requirements and those who has not commenced the process, Effective immediately, the Refund program would be resumed and provisions has been made to ensure it runs smoothly, any subsequent changes to the end of the campaign would be communicated in our support channels.
WHY OUR SUPPORT CHANNELS HAS BEEN SILENT
We initially always planned to end the refund program on the 31st of December 2023 and all our plans for the future has been focused on that date and that included the contract we offered to our support staff, which means that their contracts ended on the 31st of December 2023 and by the time we reconsidered ending the program due to high demand and the fact that we had not refunded a number of top accounts yet.
Their contracts has been renewed, this was initially delayed because of the holidays but operations has resumed fully on the refund portal.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The system is still running in top condition and we want to also assure you that the system is STILL fully automated so there would be no disruption in the refund process, KYC requests would still be reviewed within 24-48 hours, activation would still happen under 24 hours and most importantly, withdrawals would automatically be processed within 45 mins of submitting a withdrawal request.
