Since the inception of the refund program, we have received different kinds of feedback ranging from the extremely positive to the extremely negative and while the negative ones are mainly understandable considering the fact that these individuals has funds stuck in the platform, some has been quite extreme like the incident that happened in the telegram chat group that eventually led to the decision to permanently close the group because of threats directed at the community managers. We have faced a myriad of challenges since this refund program was launched and 99% of them are instigated by disgruntled Ex-members and this latest incident is no exception.

Earlier today, our alert system got triggered and we received warnings that the refund portal was under a cyberattack, this attack has already penetrated our first two lines of firewalls and would have done cataclysmic havoc if we had not detected it in time and swung into action to mitigate the attack, thanks to the exceptional work done by our IT Department today, all data and funds in the platform are 100% safe.

The attack was successfully repelled and we are proud to announce that we are currently doing the final round of testings in preparation to take our site back online, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

WHAT USERS SHOULD EXPECT

There is no action required on the part of our members at this moment, your funds and data are totally unaffected and normal refund activities should commence immediately the refund portal is back online. However, for those users whose refund process were in progress during the incident and whose progress has been paused or reset, we encourage you to reach out to our livechat support agents, they would help guild you on how to rectify the issue.
