So many things has happened this year and although we initially intended to close this program before now, recent events has convinced us to keep it open especially considering the fact that some users are yet to claim their refunds, we don’t want this to be a constant stain in the reputation of this amazing platform we have built considering what’s at stake. We can boldly say that we have refunded everyone in groups and forums that are dedicated to Hyperverse and we would soon be commencing marketing campaigns that is targeted at the people who aren’t in these forums and are not aware that the refund program is ongoing. With so much uncertainty about the legal battle ahead of us, the team is putting in extra effort to ensure that every member gets what is owed to them so that we can finally put this chapter behind us.

The refund program is still open and ongoing and same rule still applies, the refunds would still happen on a first come first served basis and the automated system continues to process refund requests.

We keep getting questions on how to merge multiple account and below is the procedure:

  1. Register a new account in the HyperVerse Refund Portal using your registered HyperVerse email.

  2. Submit a KYC verification request by uploading your government issued ID In the space provided for it, in the space where you’re supposed to input total deposit amounts, you should input the total deposit amount for all accounts tou want merged.

  3. Send an email to [email protected] explaining that you are trying to merge accounts and the body of your message should include the email addresses for the accounts you’re trying to merge.
