Boycott them and avoid them at all cost. If they like the amount of bitcoins you deposit, they will simply apropriate it and make excuses not to pay the coins back to the owner.

They are criminals operating in Russia and doing their best to hide that fact. Never send your documents to them, they will use it to impersonate you. I repeat, they are thieves, be careful.
