Crypto Ledger Card: Not getting any verification code in SMS

Yesterday, there was a period of time that I was not getting any SMS verification for online purchases.

I sent a support ticket to Crypto Ledger:

I've been waiting to get the SMS code for verification, but it doesn't arrive, I've tried many times with "RESENT code" but still doesn't work.

And here is their reply:

To ensure the 3DS verification SMS is being sent to the correct phone number, please confirm that your phone number is correct by going to Settings > Personal Information.

If your phone number is correct, kindly review the following details on your device:

For iOS devices, after updating to iOS 17, check your archived messages by opening the Messages app, selecting "Edit" in the top left corner, and then choosing "Show Recently Deleted."

For Android devices, please check your Spam and Blocked SMS by opening the Messages app and tapping the Google account management option in the top right corner.

If your phone number is correct and you haven't found any SMS blocked or deleted folders, please contact your phone provider to ensure they are not blocking these messages as Spam. The 3DS SMS code will contain keywords such as "Mastercard code" and "valid for your purchase". Use these details to ask your phone provider to confirm messages including these words are not being blocked.

Luckily it seemed a temporary problem, and I was able to complete some purchases later on.
