My hands are itching

Like really itching...like I have to hold myself back...pull myself in..

To not buy the whole stock market on these low prices.

Coinmarketcap is only giving us total freefall the last couple of days, and its a rough one.

Now let me start with telling you this

I am not a trader. Im a HODLER. Here and there I do some additional flipping to gain some quick wins, but I do not know enough to active make a lot of money with this.

I invested a bit of cash a while ago. This is not even remotely NEAR how the big players are playing, its just some stuff I could miss.

(yes, because you always only should invest what you could afford to loose, please tell me you know this by now right?)

Now the funny thing about this crypto business is… It is all in the mind you play

For instance..

When I made my first crypto buys, it was just before the high rises last year. And if you look at it plain and simple. BTC is still higher than when I bought it. EOS is still higher than when I bought. ETH is still higher than when I bought. Yes, I diversified a lot after that and those ones are bleeding harshly now!

But am I in losses?

Not really I guess. You know I am not even actively checking it at the moment? Maybe it is easier for me because we are just talking about some bucks and not with amounts that make you buy houses.

But also the fact that I myself personally am not in the red numbers, that takes a lot of stress off of the brain

Does this make me less worried?

HELL NO, because the FUD coming around drives me mad! Everywhere you look it is, is this the end of crypto, is this the end of Steemit because the prices are so low. Its not even challenging to go mad on all this info. Unless you are looking to buy.

And it makes me want to buy stuff..

And that is where stupidity would walk in now. And no, I didnt mean for you. If you have some cash for spare, and carefully read those words for spare, go for it!

Buy the whole market! Knock yourself out, because yes surely there will be better days!

But I mean for myself

Because being unemployed at this moment (ending next week again YAY!!) and putting more money into crypto seems like a very, very bad idea to me. So I will be smart.

And what I always still can do, I can use some SBD to fool around with. Surely it is also low as crap at the moment, but hey...it was earned while writing. So it is sort of ‘free’ money for me.

Mental note: cash out a bit next time at highs so you can comfortably step in again in a low

Because lets face it

Steemit is not the most active as we knew it at the moment. But who is really caring about that? As yesterday @crimsonclad (good luck with the ½ marathon today!) said on the #msp-waves radio, and I also said in my blog from last week there are also so much opportunities now. Less users, so more options to put yourself in the spotlight. Everything you make now, will grow later on. It is seed planting time at this moment.

Take what you can, and enjoy the ride with it!

So I will leave the buy button for now

With a little pain in my heart…

But you can only do what you can do in your own range of options

And that is in my case closing the trading laptop and HODL and only open it to earn on Steemit
