Ethereum Hype - short question to the Steemit community
Hi, Guys
My question is:
Are BAT and GNT the two key projects based on Ethereum right now?
and on the other side:
Does the value of Ethereum in long term depend - actually - on the failure or success of these two sole projects?

To answer your own question you must understand the difference between a token and a currency.
Once you do that you'll see that Ethereum's future cannot depend on the future of the tokens. Ethereum gives anybody the opportunity to create tokens; you can create them as well, therefore its future will never depend on any project. I own Ethereum since there were no projects; Ethereum will be bigger because more and more people will wake up into its great technology; because this technology will change their lives forever.
BAT, GNT, and all the Ethereum based projects will succeed, there is no question about it.

The demand on tokens increases the demand on Ethereum, because they're corelated - that's the whole idea of Ethereum - and so it goes in the opposed direction. Without useful projects what is the reason to invest in Ethereum?
