Vitalik buterin talks scalability because ethereum blockchain is almost full and if more organization join than it makes lack of transaction space which makes it is expensive and if large organization enters into the market it will make lack of transaction space and makes it five times more expensive and it is what that keeping people from joining.to improve this situation every computer in is required to varify every transaction.Buterin proposed to use bitcoin cash (BCH) for ethereum network.
