ETC and the direction it needs to be heading.

Alright as everyone is aware, the whole ETC community is pretty much stagnate. We do however have the opportunity to make some once in a life time changes to a blockchain we all believed in. I would like to take the power of steem to reach out to the right people who can get a smart contract together to fund the development of ETC without creating a head dev team.

We all saw what happened to ETH and the dev team, and like most ventures power corrupts.
That is why we need to take a stand and really get this going in the right direction... before people try and self appoint themselves as devs.

We are also taking a lot of public flack that is making people very confused about what ETC is and isn't.
Lets kill them with kindness and quickly show them that ETC is indeed a chain that is unstoppable by using the technology we all originally invested in.

I suggest we have a bounty program, where people collaborate on projects via github that the community votes on. When I say community I do not mean pools I mean Individual people, this vote system is setup via smart contracts that also includes what needs to be completed before being paid out. We will literally be showing our power and using it at the same time, and this will speak volumes in the crypto world.
