The securities commission in South Carolina has decided that cloud mining contracts are securities, and have now sent a cease and desist order to Genesis Mining & Swiss Gold Global. Swiss Gold Global was selling the contracts in South Carolina, but they do not have a securities license to do so.

I looked into cloud mining using Hashflare.. at first the growth modal looks really promising on paper.. but the only winners are the contracters..
Rather set it up for yourself.. its easy enough to do
