The good, the bad, and the ugly story of ICO's - Dare You to Convince Me Contest

Cryptocurrencies took off at a rapid pace for those of us who, unfortunately, did not invest early on when it was more affordable to purchase Bitcoin and Etherium. Becoming aware of the rise in the trend to switch to cryptocurrencies, as many financial systems around the world are amidst collapse or at the very least struggle, created a sense of urgency to invest sooner rather than later. In an attempt to be able to secure investments at a higher volume a great deal of the population has welcomed ICOs. Recently, the amount of ICOs has grown so much that it inevitably has left a lot of us asking ourselves which ICOs we should invest in and how long should we let the investments (hopefully) accumulate wealth.

As we dive deeper into ICOs we begin to realize how many minute details can determine whether it would be a successful ICO or not. Perhaps we begin by taking the time to review their website or look into their team's previous successes or failures. The next step is likely to review their white paper. If the their white paper, website and team look "legit" and your interest has been obtained you will likely be watching videos on YouTube or reading on Steemit about what others' opinions and investment strategies are in relation to the ICO. You may even begin to participate in blogs or forums that discuss the ICO and inquire with the ICO team about their strategies and plans.

As it is very difficult to sort through all of the different ICOs, due to volume, I believe this could be a very helpful topic for all of us to share the knowledge/information available to us.
