Ether Flash Crash

So today Ethereum went flash crash and came back in moment but major exchange were affected and coinbase was down for few hours.

I am doing some research for the cause of this and to find out how volatile the crypto currency market is but haven't find any source full news.

Does anyone figured out about this ?

Any thoughts?
