Binance reopens new account registrations
Binance has started accepting new user registrations, although in limited numbers. They started this in a tweet a few hours ago.

They have also warned against buying or selling of binance accounts, as this has become a growing trend recently as exchanges have stopped accepting new account registrations. This move from binance should fuel the volume into some cryptos like Tron, Verge, Xrp, Bnb and Xlm that have declined recently.
Go get your Binance account while you can. It is a modern exchange with many modern cryptos enlisted. An did I mention their mobile app is just awesome.

Yes, it's another crypto exchange. However it doesn't accept fiat currency deposits.
