Yes and agree! I have made all the mistakes here. But luckily from mistake you can learn and adopt.
While participating in cryptocurrencies and ICOs can be profitable there is always a risk.

I would say the 2nd is the best advise and the point I agree the most: Never Invest more money then you can afford to loose.
