1️⃣."Crypto Farm"-One Of The Largest Crypto Farms in Russia To Be Established In The Heart Of Siberia;
One of the largest cryptocurrency mining farms in Russia will be established in Krasnoyarsk Krai in Siberia, according to Daniel Zakomolkin, director general of the mining company BitBaza, news outlet TASS reported April 12. Zakomolkin said that the region was chosen “from the perspective of energy and cost reduction”. Infrastructure investments are estimated at roughly 3 bln roubles (about $48 mln). Zakomolkin noted that construction of the crypto farm’s blocks of processors inside the industrial park has been underway for over than a month. Initially the mining farm will draw 10MW of power, after which consumption will be increased to 120MW, according to Zakomolkin.

2️⃣."Telegram Ban"-Russian Gov’t Will Block Crypto Industry Favorite Telegram ‘In Near Future’;
Russian authorities have demanded ISPs ban the crypto industry’s go-to encrypted messenger service Telegram on Friday, April 13, just weeks after the project raised $1.7 bln in its ICO presale to support the development of its own Blockchain platform. As various local news outlets report, the decision by the Tagansky District Court in Moscow means that the Kremlin’s internet monitoring organization Roskomnadzor will now force domestic ISPs to block access to Telegram “in the near future.” At the end of March 2018, Telegram announced a record 200 mln active users for the preceding month. Around 10 mln of Telegram’s users are in Russia and thus will be affected by the ban.

3️⃣."Scam"-Vietnam Toughens Measures On Crypto Amid Suspicion Of Biggest Scam In Industry History;
Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged government and financial bodies to toughen the "management of activities related to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies," in a government directive issued Friday, April 13, following reports of a major ICO scam in the country this week. The move follows reports of what could be the largest crypto fraud in history if proven true, with allegations that Vietnam-based Modern Tech swindled 32,000 investors out of 15 trln dong ($658 mln) in an ICO involving sales of Ifan and Pincoin, two ECR-20 tokens.
