New exchange UPCoin - Free $500 trading, and binance open for registration!

I stumbled across the site upcoin after a friend at work mentioned this to me. It seems to be a new exchange at 0.2% fees and fiat currency conversion. Although not great, it does offer $500 in free trading fees, which I can't say no to ^_^. The site launches in 20 days so until then, we will have to still use binance (which is open for registration).

UPcoin project is a centralized exchange, offering up to 1000 cryptocurrencies from start. More trading pairs will be added later on.
