By reading Coinbase New User Agreement, You can fell the regulation demands from the G-20 meating that will soon hit the CC market like a sledg hammer at the tivoli. (Miss and slam it to the ground, or hit and make it fly till the next big issue.)

Do they know what the regulations will be?
Or is it blind shot at the comming enforcment?

And the E-money license is prof of cooperation betwen coinbais and UK Government = Positive

This sounds like the standar crypto Extanges has too live after, to make transaction with the Big Banks.
I hope that Taxation will not destroy the market in Europe, and othere countries.
