China Bans ICO's NEO down over 30% and Billions are flowing out of the market. What should you do?

Breaking news this morning out of China. The PBoC released news this morning stating that the government has put a ban on ALL Chinese ICO's I personally believe as a result NEO is down over 30% this morning.

The market as a whole this weekend took a real beating as Billions of dollars in profits have exited the ecosystem.

Remember that this isn't your grandpappy's stock market. This is a whole new industry and there are some BIG whales that swim in it's ocean with the ability to swallow up profits with the click of a mouse. Over the past month the market has grown by tens of Billions of dollars so naturally we're going to take profits.
