France warns citizens against the use of unauthorized cryptocurrency platforms
The world of cryptocurrency invites to various points of view and this time, a new warning has been issued by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). He warned his citizens against various commercial entities operating encryption without the consent of the government.
On Monday, the warning against four unauthorized platforms offering investments in cryptocurrency was issued with a warning. According to a Bitcoin News report, the four blacklisted sites in areas offering crypto investments without permission:

However, at the time of writing, AMR reports that connect-coin.fr is already offline. The other three are still online but all solution-crypto.com traffic is redirected to solutioncrypto.com.
Currently, France is in the process of creating a legal framework for initial coin offers (OIC), which should be finalized next year. The reduction of bitcoin derivatives was launched by the agency in February. The tax rate on crypto capital gains was reduced in the country from 45% to 19% in April.
Since the AMF is an independent public authority, it is responsible for securing savings invested in financial products. Law No. 2016-1691 on transparency stipulates that - No investment offer can be directly marketed in France without a registration number or without the prior approval of the AMF.
Previously, the AMF published a list of 15 sites offering unauthorized crypto investments. Three lists of unauthorized websites are maintained by the regulator - one for Forex products, one for binary options and one for other products, including diamonds, wines and cryptocurrencies. The agency began tracking blacklisted sites in July of last year and began to include cryptographic sites in December.
