Koinex makes trading free for 24 hours, WazirX makes trading free for 24 days! (In Hindi)

In this video blog, we examine the increasing competition between the Indian cryptocurrency exchanges. Today, Koinex made a surprise announcement about free trading for 24 hours between 10.30 PM, Friday, February 23 and 10.30 PM, Saturday, February 24. Without naming Koinex directly, WazirX founder Nischal Shetty then tweeted that the free 24 hour trading is a marketing play and WazirX will offer 24 days of free trading after the exchange launch. The increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies is certainly heating up the competition among cryptocurrency exchanges in India. While these exchanges compete for getting more investors on board, Indian cryptocurrency investors will certainly benefit from the lower trading costs resulting out of this competition.

In other cryptocurrency news updates, we look at Zebpay's new announcement about adding Ethereum on its platform. Zebpay users can now trade in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ripple and Ethereum on the platform.
