Well said. It's pretty much like the gold rush in the past. It wasn't the gold miners who strike it rich. It was the people who sold the tools for the gold miners that actually became rich. As the number of projects grows, I would believe the value of Ethereum to grow exponentially due to the network effect.

Then again, we cannot predict the future, especially the technology is still at its nascent stage. Fingers crossed!
