Regulating the Virtual & Cryptocurrency World
Virtual and cryptocurrencies are exploding around the world. This is forcing regulators into the position of having to take action.
There are three cases that are important which show where the SEC and other regulatory bodies are going to focus their attention. The key is that Congress is not going to be a part of this process.
Laws are made from cases and actions taken before the laws are written.
In this instance, expect Congress, when they get around to it, to focus upon the worst offenders and make a law that applies to all. This is how it typically works.

@finprep, nice post resteemed, I agree many companies that have gone down the ICO path raised the $, but now have compliance issues.
