Where is change

With the world changing as we know it ,how does one change with it? See a small percentage of people who know about cryptocurrency are making the greatest in pack on the change . Only once a even small percent of the people that know have the money or access to make a boom on the market of cypto. Those that do have to money to make a wave does but not for long term. My questuon to you is what is the steps for the small people like me to grow and make the cryptocurrency a quicker larger impact?
