Bank's to directly sell cryptocurrencies, is this a good sign or bad?

Banks are now selling crypto directly to customers in Liechtenstein, is this the start of a trend that could spell the end of decentralised exchanges? What are your opinions on Bank Frick offering this service?

Do you think this is bullish news as investors may be more inclined to invest with the added protections of the banks? Or is this a sign of a impeding multi year bear market?
