In the last Rosen Timing Letter it seemed (??????) to me that he indicated that now could be the time but COMEX gold needed to settle above 1220.70.

Yes he has and that is why I said "seems" because I really wasn't sure if he was implying that if the 1220 is cleared then we may have seen the bottom?????? Clearly there are huge bets being made, and the most prudent course in my mind is doing a little dollar cost averaging purchases of physical silver.
