Update: Centra and TenX

Centra finally has a CEO and more! I think we can start taking them seriously now, though it's probably safe to assume that they'll need some time to acclimate and make changes.

On the other hand, TenX is primed to implode right now so I'm gonna be delaying my last two posts to see how the TenX situation plays out, a few TenX card holders have told me their cards no longer work and they cant take their BTC out, hopefully TenX resolves that very soon.
