New SEC Transforming Crypto

So we all know in the new year of 2025 a lot is going to change in the crypto landscape. Mainly one of the key areas for this will be the transformation of the SEC from a overly aggressive crypto crack down to a rather welcoming one. It's going to be a weird thing after being bashed since BTC was born.

That being said we also need to realize that these changes wont happen over night and will take some time.

Not only will the new SEC people have to do damage control on what's taken place for the last 4 years (well really 8-12 years as at no time has the government been supportive of crypto) but it will also need to create a solid framework that's fair to all investors, businesses and innovation to allow for crypto to be fully adopted. The first year or two could simply be unraveling what has been done in the past before any work forward can even be done.
