ETH is jacking my world up!

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago (edited)

It seemed like the markets were molasses today. Even the normally choppy seas of APPC were almost at a standstill. Overnight, the price did manage to work its way back up and just about the time I woke up, I saw that I was into a small profit from yesterday's exploits, so I sold off.

XRP never did anything and looked more like a downward triangle than ever, so I sold it off for a small loss, and it has continued to slowly wind its way down all day.

I did make some good moves during an EDO spike and overall I came out ahead. Still need ETH to come back up before I can realize most of my gains. Pretty sure the uncertainty around which way it will go is causing the slow-down, as well. Today I saw two Bear Sell orders at over $1M! Both around the $1220 mark, but eventually they went away and ETH ended up grinding to a hat around $1250 and staying there.

I'm clocking out early for the day. Nothing is moving and I've got a small profit. Better to go hang out with the family a little instead of trying to force a trade and lose what small gains I did manage to carve out of the clay.

What is the purpose of this post? To help readers you should explain your overall strategy and the conclusion of the post should tell if you meet your goal or not. If you failed to meet your goal, then you should explain to the reader the new strategy that you will try tomorrow. That way you get readers hooked and build up your audience. Just a fellow SteemIt trying to help out.

Thanks for the input amirnoir! Perhaps I just was not very clear, but I did attempt to explain exactly that. :) I locked in ~2% profits for the day which is my over-all goal everyday. I didn't put what I would do tomorrow, because I'm not sure. I appreciate the feedback and I hope that you will follow the blog and I try to be more explicit in future posts. Check my previous posts as well, I'm new to blogging and trading but I think I'm doing a decent job at hitting the points you mentioned. :)
