How My Art Led Me to NOIZ Token & Conscious Entrepreneurs.

in #cryptocurrency6 years ago (edited)

It's a pretty rad feeling for an artist to see his art hanging in cool places. I had a chance to see my painting "Sirius", which was purchases by no other than the founder of TEDx Hong Kong, Mr. Andy Ann.

Andy is much more than that though. He runs multiple businesses namely online advertising. But what's relevant here the most is that Andy is a blockchain/crypto enthusiast and investor. Ad this year he founded his first blockchain company- NOIZ which is currently in it's ICO stage.

What NOIZ aims for in a nutshell: Re-engineered Advertising Network with Artificial Intelligence + Blockchain. In other words: bye-bye fake engagement statistics driven by bot clicks on online ads.

Companies drown millions of dollars on advertising budget which does not deliver desirable results because most of the clicks are not done by real people but bots. Andy owns major part of online advertising in Hong Kong. The fact that he is now aiming to launch intelligent advertising model which runs on blockchain and is supported by AI is the right move for everyone: for the investors in NOIZ (guys like me) because he is already a big fish in the same industry so he can easily bring clients over to blockchain and for the companies who will chose to buy his cognitive ads because they will get real engagements from real people and their emails if they agree to it, which they will get incentives to do so in order to redeem the NOIZ tokens that the company will offer them. And this is already happening. Cognitive ads running on NOIZ are already being sold to few companies.
You can see an example of how it works if you click the below link. Just start typing in the "Type here" window:

But another magical part of NOIZ that just makes it so attractive to me is that large portion of the ad campain profits will go to charity. The smart contract is written that way so it cannot be circumvented. And I am not talking about 1-2% but more like 20%.

And I am still only telling you half of the story here, because after NOIZ token will come the ZION blockchain, with the auspicious aim to become the first truly decentralized blockchain which will provide Universal Basic Income to all miners with nothing but a basic computer as only requirement for mining, based on their geographical location to avoid any possibility of mining conglomerates (such as Bitcoin has unfortunately...). That will be the true power of blockchain unleashed.

And now I'm finally getting to the point of my article:
I visited Andy is his office in Hong Kong before flying to Vietnam and I was pleasantly surprised to see my "Sirius" lion painting on the main wall of his office. I thought he had it at home, so I did not put the t-shirt intentionally. It looks like pretty cool combo though I have to admit:

And one more with Andy:

And to close it up today, I think posting the picture at the beginning of our friendship, when Andy walked in my studio in Vancouver , would be appropriate.
Little did I know that I will become one of his fans and hopefully also a lifelong friend.

I always admire people who do not only think about their own profit, but work hard to make life easier for the rest of the planet.
As the NOIZ Chief Research & Development Officer and my good friend Kelvin Cheung (who I visited in Saigon this week) says:

I am not interested in building a 5 billion $ company. I am interested in building a company that will help 5 billion people.

About Kelvin some other time. An absolute GEM of a human being!

Much Love to all and MAKE SOME NOIZ!

Peace,
Jan
