TenX closes accounts and deactivates Visa cards
TenX closes accounts and deactivates Visa cards.
The crypto payment service provider TenX is phasing out all applications. The company recently announced this on its homepage. The Singapore-based company has already announced the deactivation of TenX Visa cards, and the associated accounts will also be blocked in the future. There is a transition period for customers until the end of March, during which they can cancel their wallets free of charge. New registrations are no longer possible and "the deposit option has been deactivated". How things will go on for TenX is currently still questionable. In the meantime, the crypto payment service provider Paypolitan would like to take over TenX's customer base. According to an official press release, former TenX users should be able to exchange their deposits for EPAN tokens and use them within the Paypolitan platform. Accordingly, “Paypolitan users could keep their existing bank accounts and simply add them to the Paypolitan app and their crypto wallets,” it says
