McDonald's has launched their own cryptocurrency on the birthday of its most famous burger item , The Big Mac .

As multinational companies and corporate giants trying to enter the crypto marketplace. McDonald's also entered in this marketplace with their MacCoin . This limited edition crypto is aimed towards burger fans who can grab the coins starting this week across America in any McDonald’s venue. Although the amount of MacCoin is limited, they are available for purchase and will be available for the entirety of 2018.

This is the new strategy of McDonald's to increase their demand and they also want to go with new technology .Over 14,000 McDonald’s venues across the USA will be helping the company for the promotion of this new concept. From past few years , their sales revenues are going down ,so they want to do something new and innovative to increase their sales and its good tym to enter in this crypto market when most of the billion dollar companies trying to enter in cryptocurrencies.

The MacCoin will launch all over America on 2nd August , where burger fans will be able to buy one of the coins when they purchase a Big Mac. The surprising thing is that you can then use that MacCoin to buy another Big Mac at other participating restaurants. Simply this means the price of MacCoin will remain same as the price of Mac burger.

McDonald's have revealed that only 6.2 million MacCoins will be available in the USA, and that the offer would be in place until the end of 2018, or until the coins eventually run out. This shows that Food Industry Giants also interest to join the crypto marketplace . As like others they also want to take advantage of this growing industry .
