What I learned as a Crypto noob.
What I learned as a Crypto noob.
I have started investing into Crypto since December 2017, since then I got really hooked into learning most things about crypto. I just want to share to other beginners some of the basics that I know.
Get tips before buying or selling coins.
Don’t buy in immediately, you might buy in ATH(all time high), a downtrend comes after ATH, coin values might go down to -%50 and you could get discourage, you just need to hold on to your coins. To be able to know were to get tips about the situation on crypto, when to buy and when to sell, go to tradingview.com this site posts some trader tips so you could get a good position and maximize profits.
Learn different Altcoins and monitor price changes
coinmarketcap.com is a Good website that list most cryptos, this site will give a birds eye view on the cryptocurrency market. Necessary information such as website, twitter account, Charts and price changes.
cryptocompare.com lots of useful information here but I only use this for monitoring my Portfolio. Signup and list your coins, login after a month a see how your holdings have grown.
Mobile apps, I don’t use mobile apps. I don’t want to keep checking the prices when I am away. Blockfolio I have used this app before it is a helpful app but the prices it shows are limited only to some exchanges.
Hear rumors from youtube, if you have time.
Some people have spent most of their time researching things about crypto and sharing their knowledge on youtube. Spend a little time watching some of these videos you might get useful information. I usually get Ideas what coins to invest in here. Some videos are clickbait and purely for profits, select only channels that you find helpful.
Withdraw funds at All time high
Withdraw funds or buy Tether or nubits, this is to avoid watching your portfolio loose most of its value when the bears come in. Just buy in later after at the dip, it could double your current holdings.
I hope this was helpful to you. Comment below on some of your useful ideas. Thanks.
