Its hard to say, it depends which viewpoint you have. If you're positive with respect to DMD, you call this raising awareness, guidance, recommendation, detailed facts, prudent action. If youre neutral: information, promotion, marketing. If you're negative, you can call it propaganda, advanced marketing, advertisement...you pick your point of view. But since you're here, I would guess you are either positively or neutrally inclined towards DMD.
