Cryptocurrency for land registry / real estate

This dude explains it well but this video is over a year ago..

I thought this would be a big one and would love to invest in such a blockchain but none of the current 900+ coins/tokens cater for this application directly.

For example Patientory is being developed specifically to blockchain patient medical records but there's no EstateCoin or the like at the moment nor am I aware of any company looking to implement this.. so what gives?
