Pulse was created in response to an incident at Dartmouth College in 2016 where a divided community between administrators and students led to the overwhelming amount of false and manipulated information. In all essence, Pulse provides a stable community with a "student-centered opinion platform" that pays for your input on your colleges events and environment. Oh, by the way you get paid for doing so.
