Syndicate Wallet Masternode

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

The new and exciting changes to the syndicate SYNX wallet are impressive and have changed from a laggie windows wallet that use to freeze all the time to a quick wallet that is collecting 10 plus SYNX coins a day. At the current price of $0.39 that is a good return. I brought into SYNX a long time ago when the price was about half of that but found the old wallet impossible to use.

The masternode is running well. I had a few issues with starting the wallet and setting up the masternode but now it is working well.

I had before tried to do this through the syndicateconf file but found doing it through the masternode tab it worked well.

Setting up the masternode.

  1. Go to masternodes tab

  2. Create masternode button - BUT before doing this open a notepad and get the following information

a. You will need to have your privkey - to get your privkey go to the receive tab copy your address - than go to the debug window type DUMPPRIVKEY (your address) - Save this to the notepad

b. in debug window - Type MASTERNODE OUTPUTS copy this code and the digit after it into your notepad

c. Get your external IP address copy to notepad

  1. Create masternode

  2. type alias - any name you give it

  3. Address - (your ip):9999

  4. PRIVKEY-Enter your privkey

  5. TXHASH-this the outputs code you copied to your notepad

  6. OUTPUT INDEX- this is the single digit after the outputs code

  7. Save.

  8. Restart your synx wallet.

I found that because I had my wallet locked when I unlocked it I ensured I clicked the button FOR STAKING ONLY. Doing this fixed an error I had for validation.

I hope this helps.
