They would probably take their cheaply bought Bitcoins with them to North Korea.
North Korea were the highest beneficiary of Bitcoin.
They hacked and stole Bitcoins and hired Chinese miners to mine for them in China.
Then, the Bitcoins skyrocketed. Lol
