The way I look at it is... Sell when there's a bull run (Don't be greedy and wait too long before there is a downturn and lose all of your profits) and.... with your profits reinvest when the markets get bloody. Why hodl through volatility when you can take advantage of the volatility? That's the way I view it. Yes, I know easier said than done... but if done right, it's very rewarding!
