2- It seems to me that Red Pulse has learned a lot from Steem. They have found good solutions to the problems we are facing here. I think Steem should learn from them too.
3- It would have been great if you had explained how to participate in the ICO.
4- Does Red Pulse have a running product yet? Or is it only an idea currently?
5- What about the team of Red Pulse? How good is it? and how big is it? Can they pull this off?

ICO details are on their website.
They already have a working platform as they have been operating for a while now (as a non-crypto based company). They will be building a new platform for the crypto element though so they haven't built their new platform yet.
The team appear to be very competent and they will have the first mover advantage in this area which is HUGE; just think about how Bitcoin is actually one of the worst currencies but is by far the biggest because it was the first mover :)
