The end result

The final result of this is that everyone benefits. The advertiser gets a better return on investment, receives more data on users' attention, and have better targeting on their advertisements. The publisher's rewards have no fees, bots do not work on this network, and there is no ad-blocking that stops the publisher from showing advertisements.
