It's been a busy day but I still like to take time out for a laugh.
In all seriousness my heart really does go out to all the poor people that didn't listen to the thousands of others screaming it's a scam but as of today Bitconnect has allegedly closed it doors after Texas State Securities Board and North Carolina Secretary of State Securities Division warned that the firm isn’t registered to sell securities in those states.
People are claiming that they have been issued their BCC but the BCC exchange is frozen meaning to recoup funds people will need to transfer the coins to another exchange to sell up. Awfully hard to do when for the last several days the Bitconnect team announced they have been under DDoS attacks which meant that withdrawals from wallets had been disabled. Very very suspicious indeed.
Bloomberg has said that Bitconnect will continue to operate the wallets and news portion of their business however that is where it ends.
Please, please do not fall for their unusually timed BitConnect X ICO.
