Why HTMLcoin will be a sound investment for 2018
HTML5coin has been around for a few years now but never really gained footing in the cryptomarket. In october 2017 they released their whitepaper for the HTML 2.0 coin. They will undergo rebranding and migrate from the old blockchain to an HTML 2.0 blockchain. It is worth it to read their whitepaper, I dropped a few links in the bottom of this article.
This means that all existing coins will have to be swapped for the new version. Most coins will have to be swapped manually using the swap form on their website. Starting from December 18th you will have the possibility of swapping the old HTML5 coin for the new HTML coin. During the first 60 days you will get a ratio of 1:1. After that you receive less coins on the new blockchain if you swap your old ones.
Days 1-60 Ratio 1:1
Days 61-9 Ratio 1:2
Days 91-105 Ratio 1:3
Days 106 – later Ratio End of Swap
This will probably mean that the circulating supply of 40,659,020,000 will drastically reduce as a lot of lost coins will not be claimed or swapped.
Currently sitting at rank 376 with a price of $0,000288 per coin, they have a lot to gain and little to lose.

I can definitely agree on this. HTMLCOIN has, since your post, gone to $0.001353 which is a really nice increase.
Now POMA was released as well which of course, for us that already know about it, is huge. Short story for outsiders: Basically a ecosystem platform that connects businesses and freelancers/workers all over the world. They are essentially making a huge blow to the current online marketing and online service industry, which is one of the fastest growing ones.
2018 is going to be the year for htmlcoin and that is putting it likely. I am personally endorsing it with my savings, and I am not some rich person in the elite, so that's a lot of trust I am putting in them. Out of all the coins I have read about and worked with (which includes Bitcoin back when it was just a few dollars), htmlcoin is one of the few I see a future for.
Of course many other coins can gain value, I'm not naive, but only a meager handful of them actually has a place in the future. Just like Steemit is packing a punch on social media, bezop taking a cut of the Amazon market, htmlcoin will be the future for the online service industry and freelancing industry.
