Why Bitcoin is NOT a Secret Iluminati Plot to Create a One World Currency

When bitcoin's price began exploding at the end of 2017, out of the woodwork came scores of conspiracy researchers claiming that bitcoin is a secret illuminati plot to create a one world currency. The evidence for this claim was of course very weak with many proponents of this theory pointing to a NSA backed research paper on cryptographic money and an Economist magazine cover about a one world currency with the date 2018 etched in a coin.

In this video I dispel this theory and point out that it wouldn't be in the ruling class's interest to create a decentralized currency that in my opinion takes power away from those in control of government. I also talk about how decentralization and peer to peer technology will eventually bring about a free society and there is not a damn thing the state can do to stop it!
