Entirely Possible... However, today in AltcoinToday I see that Vladimir Putin and Vitalik Buterin have been discussing Ethereum "Opportunities." Whether Russia develops a standalone blockchain based upon principles of Ethereum or builds upon Ethereum's platform - just the hint of cooperation with Russia would seem a positive sign for ETH buyers - IMHO.
