Bitcoin Cash: Greed is Good (and that is why the price will remain good for a long time)
Hi everybody,
Guess most of us here hear a lot about the Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash developments. Reading the comments from blockchain experts and the news forums it is hard to find anyone who thinks that Bitcoin Cash will survive or that the price will remain good for a long time.
Don't get me wrong I do think that Bitcoin has the most supporters and is the coin for the future. But since Greed is Good (or at least someone said so) and most Bitcoin investors want to maximise the free lunch they receive via Bitcoin Cash, I would not expect many to dump these coins in the short run.
Instead they will hold it and sell it at a good price since there are actually trading activities in Bitcoin Cash and it seems to survive. The number of platforms facilitating trading activities are relatively low so probably no one wants to dump their free money for a bad price and most will sit on the free coins for a while. Meanwhile this might result Bitcoin Cash to increase significantly in value before a major correction.
This is just my own humble opinion. Feel free to share your thoughts on this
Best regards,
Brian
I'm in the small group that thinks bitcoin cash will not only survive, but thrive. I have my doubts it will overtake btc but anything is possible. Both can coexist and I see them rising and falling together. People love bitcoin so much.. they are not going to reject another version, they are going to embrace it. It's not like bitcoin dark, unlimited, etc. It's accepted as a genuine hard fork, it's currently #4 market cap. It's not going anywhere and will only rise. Opinion only :p
Nice post. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It always surprises me how people still sell when a crypto goes down. I mean just invest in solid coins and skip the shady ones. Crypto is here to stay. We do need to look better at the insights of every coin. What team is behind it, is there any management. How strong is the product, is there any product at all? Does anyone know about: https://www.coincheckup.com This site gives you a complete in depth investment analysis on every crypto in the market.
