What to do with your first thousand on steemit
Let's say you make £1000 or $1000 and you want to invest in something to make more money I would suggest building a mining rig and mine bitcoin and eutherium because it will always run and you can do what ever you want during the day and not worry about working but cryptocurrency can crash so be careful also if your concerned about the price of graphics card I would say the rx560 is the best growhucs card to mine as you can buy them for round about £100 all you need to start is a motherboard , CPU , hdd , ram , and a couple of graphics card why should you mine for cryptocurrency as it's always fluctuating in price and when it goes up it's good because you can exchange it for cash and other goods but this is a good way to make a extra income
There are much better cryptos to mine than Bitcoin or Ethereum (which switches to POS anyways). I suggest Monero for the moment if you are seriously interested in this. But considering electricity prices in most countries and your hardware degrading ridiculously fast when permanently mining, you might want to consider just investing the money in one of those currencies...
